Meet our Head of Partnerships Support & Agency Services

Our Partnerships Support & Agency Services Teams are always there to support you, our Advisers, with all things GI related. So, we thought it was time to introduce you to Sue Galbraith, the Team Manager.

Sue never has two days the same (but her love for crisps will always be clear) when she’s not dealing with referrals, commission statements, call monitoring and working across the business and with external people on delivering change – she’s also training and developing her much-loved team – we did wonder how she manages her time whilst continuing her passion of painting, walking and coffee! 

Proudest moments

Sue’s most proud of her teams achievements during the last 12 months, from the launch of Live Chat for our Intermediaries (its available on our Portal and its powered by humans!) to key IT implementations, along with receiving some wonderful team feedback, you can see why the Partnerships Support and Agency Services Teams are a big part of our Intermediary success.

Her superstar teams aim is to make it easy to do business with us and resolve queries in one call or email and strive for each call to have a positive impact on advisers and their day - by answering any difficult queries advisers’ or their clients ask and assisting them through the sales process - supporting our ethos that our heart sets us apart.

We asked the team to summarise how they feel about working together and found a collaborative, supportive and enthusiastic network, but don’t take our word for it, see what the team collectively said:

Our teamwork makes the dream work! We all support one another and collaborate to help advisors which makes it a fun and happy and environment. We all genuinely care and love working together, sharing knowledge and experiences to help each other improve every day!”.

We know it’s hard for everyone right now
